CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Our fellow staff here at WJAC hit a local trail on Tuesday and got their hands dirty for Sinclair’s annual Day of Service.
Fourteen members of our team, ranging from news, sales and production, headed to the Staple Bend Tunnel Trail again this year to help get it ready for the community.
They worked alongside the National Park Service, which provided all the tools and bug spray needed.
The trail is part of the 9/11 National Memorial Trail and the Allegheny Portage Railroad Historical Site.
For information on how you can sign up to volunteer at the Staple Bend Tunnel, or other parks, visit nps.gov/alpo.
